As an Administrative Assistantin our Fiscal Division, you will play a key role in the division's operations by performing a wide range of administrative and fiscal duties. These duties include monitoring a shared fiscal inbox, responding to agency inquiries, processing vouchers, entering deposits, running accounting reports, assisting with the state purchasing card program and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, among other administrative and fiscal duties. You will also be part of an administrative support team directing walk-ins, answering phones, and routing calls to appropriate OMB team members.
Hiring range: $4,000 - $4,800/month depending on experience.
To thrive in this position, you must be flexible in your daily tasks, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
To be considered for this position, you must have either an associate degree in business administration or accounting or a high school diploma/GED and two years of Administrative Assistant work experience.

Location: This position is based onsite at the State Capitol in Bismarck, ND.
