Administrative Assistant/Drug Screener| $25 - $28 Hour Doe

Fargo, North Dakota Medical Office is seeking to hire a highly organized and detailed Administrative Assistant to join their team. This office specializes in drug testing and breathe/alcohol testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling billing, and conducting drug tests in accordance to DOT regulations.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly / professional manner.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to emails.
• Maintain a tidy welcoming reception area and office.
• Submit invoices to client companies.
• Facilitate and document drug tests.
• Order office supplies and materials as needed.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment

This is a long-term opportunity, with work schedule of Mon-Wed 8-5p, Thurs-Fri. 8a-4p. Company offers Vacation and Holiday Pay. Pay starts at $25 - $28/hour depending on experience.
