White Oak of Spartanburg is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to manage the front office, answer phones, greet vendors and visitors, as well as several other responsibilities - including managing basic Accounts Payables tasks, as well as the ordering of supplies and scheduling for the Housekeeping department.

This is a Monday through Friday job, 8am-430pm.
