Your Role
As a valued member of our team, the Administrative Assistant owns essential tasks like calendar management, communication/ correspondence, and meeting management for multiple senior leaders. Additionally, you are responsible for arranging and overseeing travel and expense reimbursement, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization.
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between Oasis Senior Leaders and internal and external clients, vendors and stakeholders ensuring effective and smooth communication.
- Be the welcoming voice for customers, adeptly managing calls, messages, and correspondence. Respond to requests and inquiries on behalf of leaders in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive organization by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and sending timely reminders.
- Assist in making travel plans to ensure all details and needs are addressed.
- Craft insightful reports, engaging presentations, and concise briefs to convey information effectively and professionally.
- Take charge of developing and maintaining an efficient documentation and filing system (e.g., Provider Contracts) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage sensitive information/actions confidentiality and with discretion.
- Organize and coordinate team meetings and events including management of logistics, communication, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:
About You
- You bring at least 3 years' experience serving as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role, where you provided support to multiple company leaders.
- You are known for your stellar planning and time management skills.
- You pay attention to the details and have a knack for anticipating questions and the needs of the leaders you support.
- You are always eager to learn about the latest office technology and applications.
- Juggling tasks and prioritizing them comes naturally to you.
- Your warm and clear communication style, both verbally and in writing, sets you apart.
- You handle matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality with ease.
- Office management systems and procedures are second nature to you.
- Your mastery of the MS Office suite shines through effortlessly
- You are known for your teamwork and willingness to be “all in.”
