POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is a positive, friendly, and professional team member who has daily contact with our customers and support our internal team on a variety of administrative tasks. You will have sharp attention to detail, an exceptional aptitude for learning new tasks, and the ability to prioritize your workload in an environment that is powered by urgency. Recovery Cleaners, Inc. provides restoration services to household and business textile items that have been damaged due to fire or water damage and we are growing by the day. We put the heart back into the CLAIM to provide peace of mind to those going through their most difficult times. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Answer and direct phone calls exercising excellent customer service
- Call and text customers to follow-up on delivery status and schedule customers for delivery
- Document customer requests, gathering the necessary details, to pull the textile items customers would like delivered
- Filing and maintaining customer files
- Updating various spreadsheets and systems for production
- Send completed invoices to adjusters, responding to any questions or concerns after sending
- Enter completed invoices in QuickBooks
- Close out job files as they are delivered
- Retrieve photos from SD cards to put in customer files to reference as needed
- Complete administrative tasks for sales representatives and project managers as needed
- Assist with other miscellaneous office duties

- Experience in file management, database management, scheduling, and record keeping
- Operate with a sense of urgency and hands-on attitude
- Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient in QuickBooks

- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
