Law firm in Ventura is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter that is professional, competent, friendly, and has excellent office skills. Must have a valid Driver’s license and insurance. This position is not remote.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the phones and handling potential new client inquiries;
- Calendaring court and administrative deadlines;
- Organizing physical and electronic files;
- Filings at the local courthouse; and
- Office errands as needed.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working in an office setting;
- Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Excellent verbal and writing skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- Reliable and punctual; and
- Ability to work independently and be cooperative with the office team.
Schedule is 20 hours a week; 3 days a week; flexible hours between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
