Admin Support
This position is responsible for administrative support for our team of professionals who providehigh-end engineering consulting design, construction, and maintenance services.

Pay: Competitive, Salary $50,000.00

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist with organization and packaging of RFP (request for proposal) and RFI (request for information) responses
- Assist with project specs and other documentation
- Assist with shop drawings
- Assist with proposals
- Assist with vendor quotes
- Assist with updating Operations policies and procedures
- Enter project data into database
- Update various programs with project information including internal database
- Solicit project close out and project summary data from Project Managers and enter information into the database
- Enter vendor contact information into the database and Outlook address book
- Assist with employee travel requests
- Assist with planning of lunch and learns, training classes, and various other events
- Assist with phone coverage
- Complete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g. Timesheets, Expense Reports, etc.)
- Assist or prepares correspondence
- Assist with social media
- Develop content and post to various sites
- Customize and monitor company pages on Glassdoor, Indeed, Linked In, and similar sites
- Respond to Google reviews and other social media comments
- Update all marketing sheets and brochures
- Update all project resumes and maintain on a consistent basis
- Performs other duties as assigned including clerical function as needed to support operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding initiative, a well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of administrative experience in a similar/related field.
- Experience with social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In preferred
- Work experience in the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage.
Pre-Screen

License & Certifications:
- Driver's License Preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
