MUST:
Experienced Receptionist
4+ years' experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Background
2+ years experience working for a large firm / corporation
Experience Greeting Guests and Transferring Calls & Emails to appropriate parties
Experience Scheduling Meetings for the executives and customers
Experience booking Conference Rooms and Catering Lunches
Must have a positive disposition and ability to execute daily tasks without hesitation
Adaptable to changes in pace or tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong tech-savviness and the ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
DUTIES:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
Assist with case management and litigation tasks
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters
Manage attorney calendars and deadlines
Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
Book and Cater lunches and dinners as needed
