We are looking for a courteous and efficient Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and capable of handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Visitor Assistance: Register and guide visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a central point for communication, relaying messages and information to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Security Awareness: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
