Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and HR support to management team
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in implementation of policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external parties
- Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with HR support preferred
- Preferred experience in real estate industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
