We are looking for an energetic, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our busy office. The ideal candidate for this position should have exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, taking messages and directing calls as needed; reply to emails, voicemails, and faxes; write letters and complete other communications
- Assist in coordinating tasks involving pharmacy operations
- Assist with administrative tasks that include marketing and promotions in print and social media.
- Call doctor's office and schedule lunch meetings
- Attend presentations and/or networking meetings with pharmacy team
- Occasionally drop off packages at nearby Fedex/UPS (mileage costs will be reimbursed)
- Welcoming Patients and giving a brief tour of the pharmacy to patents who come pick up their medication
- other Admin duties
If interested, our pharmacy can train you to be on the road for a career as a pharmacy technician.
Must have: Be a fast learner/self starter, good time management skills, ability to multi-task.
