As established and thriving distribution company in La Mirada is in search of a Administrative Assistant to join their team.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Data entry experience
- Great attention to detail
- Must respond to customers' needs via phone call or email in a timely manner.
- Must keep track of customer orders and inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates and anticipated delays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Administrative Assistant or relevant experience in warehouse setting highly preferred
- Data entry experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Great communication skills; written and verbal
- Must pass background and drug test.
Shift Available
1st shift - Monday to Friday
Pay rate $19-$21 per hour.
