Clipcentric, Inc. is looking to add a Digital Ad Operations individual to our growing team of industry vets. This position is located at our office in Downtown Albany. Ideal candidates should possess strong organization skills to manage ad trafficking and ensure accurate campaign execution.
Who you are and what you can bring to our organization:
- At minimum 2 years of experience in Ad Ops, preferably in the digital/publisher field.
- Must be located in the Greater Capital Region and have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of Ad Operations within digital ad space.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize placements and fulfilling ad quality parameters laid out by the client.
- Optimize workflow, designing efficient ways to garner more revenue-generated initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ad Ops will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and the Creative Services teams to provide top quality assurance to our clients.
Job Description
- Technical proficiency and platform expertise. Familiarity with tracking and analytical tools are required.
- Data analysis and performance optimization. Must have the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data to drive performance initiatives.
- Communication and client service. Ad Ops will act as a bridge across clients, sales, engineering, and creative services staff.
- Organizational skills. Attention to detail is a requirement of an Ad Ops team member. Candidate must have the ability to prioritize workflow and work under tight deadline should the need arise.
- Adaptability and industry knowledge. Ad Ops team members should stay up to date on industry standards and practices. Candidates should be continuously learning and implementing proactive approaches to workflow.
