About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Advertising Sales team to ensure campaigns are implemented flawlessly and delivered successfully, exceeding goals and critical metrics. In order to achieve that, you may be required to have a hands-on approach setting up campaigns autonomously in our Ad Server or coordinating with our Ad Operations support team offshore. In addition, you will also serve as the liaison between the Audience Strategy and Creative teams as well as Engineering and Tech Operations.
Part of this role requires the candidate to have a consultative approach supporting our Partner Manager team, by removing operational blockers, raising technical issues and improving campaign performance. You will also participate in product testings and launches, development of SOP and training material for both Ad Operations as well as Partner Manager team.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver flawless ad execution for our Rider and Eats apps advertising products
- Own comprehensive campaign setup, ad trafficking, QA and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the Ad Operations support team to guarantee campaign success
- Function as Ad Operations consultant for Partner Managers
- Supervise patterns and collect feedback to proactively surface proposals to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional team decisions including new product launches and testings
- Work with Product and Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems/tools that reduce the occurrence and impact of bottlenecks
- Devise strategies to improve ways of working with partner teams, increasing efficiency and quality of ad campaigns
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Advertising Optimization or related fields
- Must have MS Excel and Salesforce proficiency
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work cross functionally with many teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in Advertising Operations for a technology or data savvy company
- Business or marketing degree or equivalent, with hands-on experience working in digital advertising
- Core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to provide Product feedback and tech troubleshooting/debugging.
- Data driven thinking and excellent quantitative skills
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,000 per year - USD$109,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,000 per year - USD$109,000 per year.
