The Position:
Kick-start your career at GameChanger! Serving youth sports communities, our app is used to score and live stream millions of games each year. Join us for a 2024 internship where you can have an impact and grow your skills for the road that lies ahead.
The Ad Operations Intern at GameChanger will work closely with the Ad Operations Manager to successfully implement advertising campaigns and be part of the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have an interest in advertising, ad tech and have strong organizational skills. This is an exciting new internship on a rapidly growing team.
What You'll Do:
Participate in day-to-day operations of ad serving including planning, trafficking and QA
Engage with clients on kick-off calls and post-sale campaign process
Execute weekly and end of campaign reporting
Technical troubleshooting during campaigns to assist clients as needed
Work cross-functionally on new advertising developments across marketing, sales and product teams
Assist other team members as needed with GTM positioning (sales collateral, landing pages and client pitch decks)
Receive mentorship from other GC teammates to guide you through the experience
Learn how to contribute to a data driven organization
Work with great people, an awesome product, and have lots of fun together along the way!
Who You Are:
Interest in advertising and ad tech
You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or an MBA in marketing, advertising, tech, sports industry, communications or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Organized, curious, and proactive team player who is results-oriented.
Great communicator and enthusiastic about using technology to enhance people’s lives.

The salary for this position is $28 per hour.
