Activity Coordinator - Eberhardt Village
Are you passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? Do you have experience in planning and leading engaging activities for residents in an assisted living facility? If so, we want you to join our team!
We are looking for an Activity Coordinator who can:
- Coordinate social activities and community outings to help residents maintain their mental and physical health.
- Develop and implement a resident-centered activity program that reflects their preferences and needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and administration.
- Help with dining and other needs as directed by the Community Director
- Provide transportation to activities and appointments*. (*Appointments are made via Director and Community Nurse)
- Work with Arthur Home Activity Director to plan special campus events.
The right candidate will have:
- At least one year of experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting, preferably in activities (This is preferred but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- A creative, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
