Activities Assistant-Memory Care

Chelsea Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Lifestyles Assistant-Memory Care to join our team!

About the role:

Chelsea Senior Living is looking for a Lifestyles Assistant to join our team. This is a set schedule of 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Sunday through Thursday. This position requires the ability to engage residents in fun activities throughout the day. Duties include running creative programming to engage our residents with activities. This position requires the ability to work with individuals who are social and emotional beings, as well as have the ability to engage in fun activities and be independent.

Essential job duties

• Run fun and engaging programs for residents with memory loss.
• Maintain a clean environment for residents.
• Provide support and assistance to residents' family members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or needed by supervisor.

• Good judgment and problem solving skills.
• Good physical condition and mobility skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at one time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.13 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
