Job Description:
TINNEY RUG CLEANERS IS NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF JAN 1, 2023, WE LOOK FORWARD TO GROWING WITH YOU!
As a Customer Service/Front Desk Rep, you will be handling customer walk-ins, inbound calls, emails, contact form submissions, etc., driven by TV, Internet, Mail and Third-Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their cleaning needs, specifically dealing in Customer Communication and Scheduling. Moving of customers rugs. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Job Duties:
- Answering in-bound phone calls and customer walk-ins.
- Helping customers with their rugs.
- Rug Inspections
- Scheduling customers into our scheduling software.
- Performing Daily Tasks, such as Customer Follow-Up, Data Input, Etc.
Pay Details and Benefits:
- 401k Retirement with 3% Match
- Up to 15 Days Paid Vacation
- Paid Holidays
- Starting pay is $17 per hour
- $750 Performance Based Monthly Bonus
Schedule Details:
- Full Time Schedule
- Schedule is Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility, Also Saturday 9am-12pm
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
- High School diploma required
- 3 year customer Service Representative required
- Must be computer literate with keyboard skills and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing Evaluation will be performed prior to hire (40 wpm min)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
