We are looking for career-minded candidates who excel at working effectively with others and love adding value to the Company while developing the experience and skills needed for career advancement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for

• Financial modeling
• Preparing lender/investor acquisition summaries
• Market and product research
• Identifying, underwriting and closing acquisitions
• Expanding lender and investor relationships
• Performing competitive analysis to increase market share
• Preparing property budgets and overviews of portfolio

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in financial modeling, finance and/or underwriting
• Bachelor's Degree required
• A sense of energy, passion, honesty, dependability, and personal responsibility
• High aptitude in math and writing
• Advanced financial modeling skills required
• Be a data guru with a sharp eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Prior Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Okay with some travel
• Able to work in our Windermere office

Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds | Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically | Visually look at a computer for extended periods | Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time | Repetitive hand motions, such as typing
