Accounts Receivable/Collections -Hybrid Schedule

We are representing one of our favorite client's located in the Boca Raton area. They are looking for an experienced and talented Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join their growing team. They have an amazing culuture and excellent benefits and pay!

Expectations:

• Commercial / B2B collection of at least 2 years
• E1/JDE/Oracle experience is a plus
• Advanced excel skills are required
• Experience dealing with a large volume of corporate accounts (more than 200 accounts) and monthly A/R portfolio of at least $1 million
• Able to work autonomously, with a solid work ethic
• Very analytical and detailed oriented
• Driven and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
• Problem solver with the ability to take ownership
• Successful experience decreasing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding

Essential Job Functions:

• Reconciles 300 – 500 accounts on a routine basis per established method to keep the account current.
• Reconciles payments not applied correctly
• Collaborates with other departments such as Sales, Billing, and Customer Service to gather information to resolve customer issues resulting from lower accounts receivable payments.
• Resolves issues regarding payment, price, tax, freight, and returns
• Required Systems:
• Microsoft Package: Word, Excel, Outlook
