Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist II
Job Pay: $28 -$31 Hourly.
Job Type: Full Time/ Non- Exempt

Report to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: Diamond Bar, CA
Business Hours: Mon- Fri, 9am – 6pm

Job Overview: The Accounts Receivable Specialist II will be a key member of the organization. This person will be responsible for the timely processing and input of the daily sales receipts from the stores. This Department processes a high volume of invoices for multiple-store and holdings entities. We require a person who is initiative-taking, experience, organized, detail-oriented, has excellent time-management, teamwork, and a high level of accuracy in the matter of processing and processing daily sales transaction for each location on a timely manner.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Receive, open, and organize daily sales journal and credit card receipts from stores every Friday.
- Review and verify the store’s daily sales journal report.
- Process and verify the daily sales information data in the system.
- Verify and research against the sales journal report if there is discrepancy.
- Verify and research credit card chargeback.
- Box and stock all stores sales journal, reports and credit card receipt each month for each store.
- Prepare and verify bank check for deposit.
- Download Merchant Statement, POS report and insert formula for tax calculation.
- Tenant collection and apply rental payment.
- Preparation and filing for Sales Tax with Multiple locations in CA and AZ
- In charge of Residential and Commercial Rental Property invoice, review lease agreement, collection, review aging and sales tax filling
- Prepare and review monthly AR reports, sales data analysis, chargeback, and related reports.
- The company or supervisor may assign other duties and responsibilities.
Requirements and qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field strongly desired.
- 3 years of experience minimum in Accounts Receivable.
- Analytical skills are a must.
- Restaurant 365 is our Accounting Software which is desired but not required.
- Microsoft Excel experience. (Pivot Tables, V-lookup etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe.
