Major Functions:
- Ability to record and analyze customer account information.
- Monitor customer accounts for collecting upcoming outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers by phone and/or email on account information while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Documenting all communication regarding customer accounts into our system.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service in all interactions with customers.
- Comply with federal, state, and corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Determine cause of errors and determining appropriate course of action.
- Time Management
- Attention to details and ability to stay focused.
- Ability to communicate clearly so others can understand the incumbent.
- The ability to shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information without loss of productivity or accuracy.

- High School Diploma plus minimum two-year work-related experience
- 2+ years’ experience in handling Accounts Receivables/Collections.
