Description:Manages the day to day responsibilities of the AR collections department. Anticipates departmental needs and creates solutions to reach departmental goals. Develops staff to meet quality standards and company growth goals.
Requirements:

- Effectively contributes billing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying billing system improvements; communicating concerns effectively to executive team
- Guides departmental actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
- Works with client management to adapt AR collections to compliment the client’s work flow while maintaining AR collections integrity.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; keep updated on all payor guidelines and policies as relates to clients.
- Work proactively with other departments to share knowledge to prevent future denials and improve overall organizational efficiency

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years management experience
- 3 years’ experience in medical billing
- 3 years DME Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Extensive Knowledge of DME Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Proficient in relevant computer software; excellent Microsoft Excel skills; Brightree experience a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
