Accounts Receivable Specialist at Urbani Truffles USA

Urbani Truffles USA Inc. is a global leader in truffle distribution based in Manhattan.

Our clientele includes restaurants, distributors, large retail chains, grocery stores and the end-user.

We are seeking a dedicated accounting specialist to work in office on our finance team as we continue to grow the US market.

Job Description

· Facilitate payments and enter to our accounting software, applying payments made via ACH & wire, check, credit/debit card, via PayPay, Shopify & Amazon Pay

· Generate internal and external reports and provide billing documents to clients.

· Focus on high volume contact in collecting receivables and reconciling short pays and disputes with customers, provide timely resolution to ensure our continued relationship.

· Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management to investigate & resolve issues.

· Ensure policies and procedures are followed supporting organizational requirements.

· Aid in month-end and year-end closing.

· Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Qualifications

· A.S. or B.S in accounting, finance or business or 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and/or billing.

· MS Office knowledge with focus on Excel proficiency including vlookups and pivot tables.

· Ability to work independently and multitask.

· Possess strong written & verbal communication skills, time management skills and be organized.

· Cross-functional team collaboration.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus.

Compensation

· $55-60k/year, commensurate with experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
