Accounts Receivable Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for processing customer billings, apply cash receipts, perform collection activities and perform other functions as needed. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Successfully and accurately record transactions in accounting system • Assist with maintaining general ledgers • Create customer accounts in invoicing/billing system and maintain customer files • Document control of contracts and change orders for files and invoicing/billing • Generate and file invoices and credit memos to customers. • Other duties as assigned
