Records and processes all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports.
Works closely with accounting or financial professionals to manage client???s records.
Maintains bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
Collects payments, initiates collection efforts, and updates accounts payable and receivable records.
Schedules client appointments and manages important department deadlines.
Performs account reconciliations.
Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.
Generates age analysis and reviews AR aging to ensure compliance.
Maintains AR customer files and records.
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
Processes credit card payments, adjustments, and prepares bank deposits.
Investigates and resolves customer queries.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Data entry and basic bookkeeping skills required.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
