Job Title:Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Grand Prairie (near DFW Airport)

Pay: Up to $21/ hr

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am 5 pm

Description:

• The Accounts Receivable Clerk will assist the AR Team. The Accounts Receivable clerk to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

• Manage account receivables using accounting software and other programs.

• Handle account receivables for separate entities and vendors.

• Exceptional MS Excel skills

• Accurate data entry and transaction processing

• Good phone etiquette

• High-volume environment

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.

• Ensure vendor invoices are entered in a timely fashion

• Processing transactions and performing other accounting duties as necessary

Requirements:

• AR Experience REQUIRED

• Educational background in Accounting or a similar field can be substituted for experience.

• Basic understanding of Accounting principles

• Good job stability

• High attention to detail
