Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable including vendor and invoice management, approval and weekly disbursement activities
- Ensure proper GL coding for all AP activity recorded in accordance with the chart of accounts.
- Proactively researching invoice details and reaching out to vendors for clarification as needed.
- Collaborating with our management team to understand their vendors and related accounting needs.
- Resolving documentation issues thoroughly, involving management when appropriate.
- Assist with implementation of accounting tools to help automate and streamline processes.
- Representing Amsive through transparent & professional communication with vendors via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting knowledge and previous Accounts Payable experience
- Associate degree in accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical. Must have high level of enthusiasm, initiative and strong follow through.
- You’re organized and detail obsessed.
- Proven ability to handle deadlines in a constantly evolving environment.
