Duties include but not limited to:
- Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times
- Full cycle A/P, matching, vouchering, and GL coding.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms. Process check requests Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing, generating monthly financial and management reports.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (AS400, APC, Excel, and Word) to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Generates and updates accounting statements and reports, coding and posting of receipts.
- Oversees customer accounts, accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals.
- Develops automated spreadsheets.
- Assists in maintaining up to date financial records.
- Maintains vendor relationships.
- Will assist with other general office tasks
- Perform other duties, as assigned

Required:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Two or more years related experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

- Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Strong Computer skills in MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel
