Accounts Payable Specialist

Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is currently hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing daily activities and transactions within the Accounting Department, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing invoices, managing distribution of checks, and maintaining strong partnerships with operations. We want to set you up for success, so we make sure relationship building, training and development, and high-quality service are part of our everyday mentality. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role;

• Two (2) years’ experience processing Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices and procedures is preferred.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel. Knowledge of accounting systems is preferred.
