Overview
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for accounting and administrative tasks for the company, which operates on a national level! You'll need to effectively be able to work independently and support other coworkers within the finance team. You'll need to be able to successfully work from home and attend mandatory in-office meetings, 1-2 monthly.
Responsibilities
- Support invoice processing activities
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Provide customer service to time-sensitive tasks
- Manage all vendor correspondences via phone and email
- Assist with processing weekly check runs
- Complete duties and projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to manage high volume of 300-500 weekly invoices
- Property Management/Real Estate services background preferred
- Proficient with ERP systems
- Proficient with MS Office Suite programs
- Experience with Concur or similar software preferred
- Ability to successfully work from home + commute for in-office meetings
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 Hourly + Parking + Hybrid Opportunity!
