SalaryAdecco is assisting a client in their search to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 days per week, 24 hours total

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.
1-3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills required.
Experience with Lightspeed and Oracle is preferred.
Description:
Process invoices for payment in Lightspeed accounting system.
Handle Parts Packing Slips and manage vendor bills.
Track and record company credit card transactions.
Verify vendor statements and download invoices.
Resolve any invoice issues that arise.
Respond promptly to vendor inquiries.
Manage expense reports and track company spending.
Ensure timely payments to vendors.
Gather and provide documentation for audits.
Maintain accurate vendor information.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
