- Perform Treasury Operations: research and post payments, void/reissue payments, and handle daily operations.
- 50% Error Handling: Review, correct, and apply error report data. Collaborate with Billing and Finance. Ensure internal controls.
- 45% Payment Processing: Research, void/stop, and reissue payments. Ensure timely responses and maintain internal controls.
- 5% Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3-4 years in bookkeeping, data entry, or relevant work
- Knowledge: Basic bookkeeping, banking practices
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), excellent communication, detail-oriented
- Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
