Your Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Specialist

· Receive and distribute incoming Accounts Payable invoices and related documents for approval

· Prepare and process invoices in QuickBooks, accurately and timely

· Review and verify Vendor Statements as needed

· Management of pending approved Accounts Payable

· Establish new vendors in accordance with company policies

· Identify and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices

· Manage deposits made on required purchase orders

· Prepare and process weekly vendor payments

· Management and reconciliation of multiple credit card accounts

· Cleaning Supply order placement and management

· Special projects

· Act as primary back-up to Accounts Receivable Specialist during absences.

Requirements for the General Manger Role

Basic Position Requirements

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.

·Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with other employees and solve issues.

· Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Be reliable and able to serve our customers following our process.

Knowledge

· Accounts payable: 5 years (Preferred)

· QuickBooks: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay and Benefits

We offer competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. During your 90-day training period you will receive a base pay of $25.00 per hour. After your 90-day training period, we will re-evaluate.
