OBCO is seeking experience Accounts Payable and HR - Payroll Specialist to join our team!
The candidate will need to be fully experienced in both accounting and human resource tasks.
The Accounts Payable representative is responsible for the financial, administrative support of the company. In charge of making payments owned by the company to suppliers, paying vendor invoices and recording the company's short-term and long-term debt. Manage all Banking.
Prepare monthly sales commissions.
Prepare financial reports, Sales Tax online and work directly with CPA for year end tax return.
Also a Human Resources - Payroll Specialist will manage all employee records confidentially, on boarding and collect employee timesheets and process payroll accordingly.
Other Duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
*At least two to three years of experience in accounting and payroll.
*A broad knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
*Familiar with ADP system.
*Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills.
