SalaryA well-established company in Tarrytown, NY is looking for a Payroll Coordinator IIto assist their team!
Role Details:
- 6-month contract with potential to go permanent
- HYBRID! – 3 days in office
- $23-$30/hr
- Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Compile, record and analyze routine AP transactions
- Verify that all transactions align with corporate policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain data entry of invoices
- Vendor account analysis and account reconciliation
- Vendor statement review and reconciliation
- Strong Accounts Payable Knowledge
- Experience with handling a high-volume of invoices
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
