Requirements:
Must have valid/Current Identification to work in the United States
1+ years experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.
Proficient use of computerized accounting software for data entry reporting
Company Overview: Santa Fe Dining is a privately owned and operated restaurant group out of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Founded in the early 80's, the group currently consists of ten concepts. Each concept and store has its own unique personality and culture from casual tap room to fine dining.
Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the review, entry and payment of vendor invoices for all restaurant units, the reconciliation of payments to vendor statements, and the generation of aging reports and vendor tax reporting. The Accounts Payable Administrator will perform all duties related to the timely and accurate processing of period-end close.

Working Conditions
- While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, reach with arms and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. The position also requires bending, twisting, and lifting up to ten (10) pounds
- Position may require overtime, evening /weekend hours or an adjusted schedule in order to meet deadlines
