OpenRoad Collision (parent company of Bill Knight, Car Crafters, Drury Moss, 1st Choice, and Helotes collision repair) wants to add another member to our industry-leading team. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growth. We have 20 locations in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas and are actively expanding into other markets. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Payable Specialist to process and review vendor invoices and statements, work with vendors and Operations to resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments to our vendors. The Accounts Payable Specialist is able to use accounting software with accuracy and efficiency. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with time-sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors.
This is a full-time position with pay and benefits.
Experience with QuickBooks or large Accounting ERPs is required. We have begun a NetSuite implementation and will be going live in NetSuite in January 2024. Knowledge of NetSuite and/or Bill.com is a plus.
Requirements and Skills
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new processes and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Pro-active and analytical mindset when actioning and prioritizing issues and processing invoices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, etc.)
• Demonstrated organizational skills, detail orientation, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• BS/BA in business, accounting, or relevant work experience required
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, at the Car Crafters headquarters in Albuquerque, NM. Serious applicants only.

Hourly: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (D.O.E.)
