Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at the Palm Beach Gardens location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

JOB RESPONSIBITLES

• Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for multiple divisions and locations.

• Assisting customers with questions and researching issues when necessary
• Cross training in other office functions for maximum coverage

• System and support maintenance for 1099’s

• Respond to customer inquires

• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

• Complete vendor credit application

• Assist in month end closing

• Maintains all Accounts Payable files to include filing invoices in designated areas and updating vendor information on computer

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
• Detailed oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Stable work history
