SalaryJOB DESCRIPTION:
o Performs function of receiving, reviewing, processing and reconciling supplier invoices
o Uses 3-way matching of invoices, purchase order and packing slip
o Prepare vendor account reconciliations - supplier statements vs. Payables
o Troubleshoot and resolve invoice discrepancies by working with Indirect Procurement, Receiving, Corporate AP and vendors
o Reconciles and manages accounts payable accounts as assigned
o Preparation of schedules and reporting and analysis as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
