The Accounts Payable/Receivable position is responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company. This includes processing invoices, making payments, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable and receivable, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Manage Accounts Payable and receivable
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments
• Assist with month-end close
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Experience in Accounts Payable and receivable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
