Job description
Quality Network Solutions (QNS) is searching for an Accounting Specialist in the Sullivan, IL area.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing customers, receivables, handling customer questions, order processing, accounts payable. Administrative duties include answering phones, customer support, and extensive data input into Quickbooks
Bill customers and answer customer questions as needed
Place orders with vendors and validates & process invoices
Maintain accurate inventory
Maintain cash flow spreadsheets
Make deposits
Collections
Track orders and communicate with techs
Document orders, confirm delivery, and validate / process invoices
Other office support duties: Answer phones, recycling, and receiving shipments
Assist other office staff as needed
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel /Google Sheets)
Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
Accounts Payables and/or Receivables
Microsoft Word, Outlook
Associate degree (preferred) Strong communication & customer service skills
Organized, self-starter, and works effectively with others
Compensation:
Starting salary is $46,000 candidate’s qualifications and experience will be considered.
Experience: Accounting 2-3 years required
