Accounting Specialist

Employer seeking Accounting Assistant to joint their team. This special candidate must have 5 years experience in Accounts Payables as well as Accounts Receivables. The Accounts Specialist must have excellent written and verbal skills and work well as a team. The Accounting Assistant must have the ability to work independently with little supervision and in a small team. Candidates must have experience in month end closing, reconciliations, billing, coding invoices, as well as strong critical thinking skills. The Accounting Assistant will also be Issuing customer credit memos & refunds as well as assist in maintaining customer records, updating vendor files and vendor documents. You will also be assisting in internal and external audits, assist with various special projects, as well as create reports as requested by management.
