Accounting Manager

Quest Group is searching for an experienced Accounting Manager for one of our respected national clients.

This role will allow one hybrid day after your first 90 days to WFH.

Needs someone to dig into the reports, GL entries, and that likes to problem solve!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly billing, collection, and management report production
• Responsible for AP and AR
• Reconciling daily cash receipts
• Monitor reporting of time and cost entries
• Maintain trust accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Oversee/prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliations (balance sheet and profit and loss)
• Monthly closing
• Journal entries
• Assist with the prep and filing of business returns
• Knowledge of E-Billing
• Direct and supervise the accounting department
  • 11 direct reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Law firm or professional service firm experience
• 8-10 years of accounting operations management experience
• They use LMS, so experience with this is preferred

Upgrading vendor software in 2024

Pay depends on experience.
