Hotel Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor and maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit and retain qualified employees.
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest experience.

Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software.
