Overnight Parking Auditor - Savannah, Ga

Availability - The Lead GSC is required to work up to 40 hours a week with an open availability Monday- Sunday. The lead GSC is required to work AM shifts, PM shifts, and also over nights if needed. The lead GSC is the lead supervisor. The lead GSC may also be on call when the account manager needs help if someone calls out, big valet event, or when the account manager is away from work.

Tasks - (In addition to standard GSC Duties): The Lead GSC is required to help the account manager with the following:

• Revenue controls:

• Ticket logs are filled out every shift- Missing tickets are accounted for

• Ensuring Key Scrubs are completed each shift

• Hot Cars are searched and updated in Flash

• All Dailies have been paid for, Cash has been dropped and logged appropriately in the hotel operating system

• Scheduling/Payroll Controls:

• Lead GSC will ensure appropriate staffing cuts are made during each shift based on occupancy/ car counts/ operations. Ensuring service levels remain a focus.

• Interviews: Lead GSC will sit in and assist in conducting interviews for GSA with GSM

• Training:

• Lead GSC to mentor and train new associates after Manager completes Day 1 of training with new hire

• In the Event the GSM is out of Office Lead GSC, can prepare uniform and conduct 1st 90 Min and OJT training with new hires

• Ensure Lot Audits are conducted before, during and after shifts to ensure all car doors is locked

• Claims:

• The lead is required to know how to fill out a claim sheet if damage was to happen to a vehicle.

• Handle Guest interactions, Communicate information with GSM

• Mentor a Claims Champion on site (another GSC) create safety topics for the Shift huddles

• Spot Check VDS completion and accuracy through out shift, coach GSA as needed- Report % to GSM

• Service /Issues:

• The Lead GSC is to handle the escalation for all customer issues that arise during the shift

• The GSC will lead site TA/Google initiatives- driving results

• The Lead GSC is expected to run the operation when the Account Manager is not available.

Being a leader - The Lead GSC’s job is to make sure:

• Conduct Shift Huddles: informing the team of Daily Activities

• Everyone is in perfect uniform

• Everyone is showing up on time/ clocking / taking breaks

• Ensure service standards are being modeled consistently, Every door, every bag, every time

• Valet lane and sidewalk are cleaned each shift

• The Lead GSC is required to ensure we are pushing trip advisors and Google reviews.

• Conduct Monthly site Level GSC Meetings: partner with GSM to create an agenda to review with the team, include issues the team needs training and adjustments on, service initiatives, safety initiative and follow up training

Communication The lead GSC and the Account Manager work closely together to ensure the operation is running smoothly. The expectation is the Lead GSC communicates any performance issues of staff, any operational or guest issues as well as client issues and requests. Lead GSC will ensure GSC Fast Pass is completed each shift.

Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes

• Must not work with GSM concurrently
• Works PM shifts only (when GSM is not there)
• Must be in RAMP or be a RAMP graduate
