We are looking for an Accounting Controller to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets for all departments
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Effectively report analysis / findings to management team
- Effectively communicate and track performance and sales goals to sales and operations teams
- Work with Executive Leadership to develop budgets and forecasts for future growth and expansion
- Oversee accounting department operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
