Accounting Clerk

Sign on Bonus: $1,000

Monday through Thursday work schedule, 4 day work week!

Major Duties:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payables and/or Accounts Receivables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail is required

• Ability to meet deadlines

• 4 day work week –

• Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process Customer Billings
• Bank Rec’s
• Prepare/Process Commissions
• Entering, posting and reconciling batches
• Research and resolve A/R and A/P issues
• Maintain cash applications
• Collections
• Month-end reports, including reconciling
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Perform all work according to the best safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $29.00 per hour
