The position is 40 hours per week in office and will consist of 3 days of medical billing and 2 days of medical scheduling.
Liberty Integrated Behavioral Health is a mental health group practice who treats all ages with varying mental health conditions.
Responsibilities include:
-Verify benefits for patients of mental health practice
-Interact with patients in a kind, supportive, and informative manner when resolving billing concerns
- Assist in denied claims
- Processes claims and bills in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system following established procedures
-Answer incoming phone calls or respond to phone messages to schedule
Requirements
- Some billing experience or educational experience
- Must have good communication and computer skills, exceptional multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail and have a pleasant demeanor
- Medical Office experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
