Schedule Full-Time 40 hours (Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm).

Summary:
Reporting to the Controller, the Temporary Accounting Clerk Position is responsible for accounting duties
related to processing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). The expected commitment is approximately
3 weeks. The scope of the position is:
Main Duties amp;amp; Responsibilities:
- Process all aspects of the RMA cycle.
- Review all open RMAs for processing.
- Confirm the open RMA has been received and the credit is authorized by Production.
- Confirm and compare the line items/products that were returned.
- Enter a credit memo into Salesforce (ERP) to record the returned product and compare/enter the proper pricing based on the customer, applicable discounts and quantity returned.
- Approve and transfer the credit memo.
- Email a copy of the credit memo to the customer for their records and confirmation.
- Provide updated statistics on open RMAs to the controller to monitor progress.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Highly attention to detail amp;amp; strong analytical/research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. May interact with internal departments to resolve issues and confirm RMA data.
- Ability to work at full-time capacity on a team.
- Must be able to work independently.
